We have updated out terms and conditions to take account of Covid-19. Please contact us asap if you have booked a holiday with us & can’t travel due to Covid-19 related issues.
We provide a contactless check in & check out service. Keys can be picked up from a lock box outside the cottage.
Our housekeeping team will take extra time and care to sanitise door handles, light switches, remote controls and any regularly touched items and areas. We will air the cottage thoroughly before arrival of the next guests.
Hand Sanitiser is proved at the entrance to the cottage. We also provide masks, surface sanitiser and hand soap.
It is important that all guests depart no later than 10am and do not arrive before 4pm, so there is no crossover between our staff & guests, and we have as much time as possible to air and sanitise the property.
We ask that you strip your beds and put the linen in clear box provided. This will enormously reduce the ‘handling’ of used bed linen for our staff, and so reduce any risk to them.
