The private stretch of the unspoilt River Till with Sea Trout, Salmon, Grayling & Brown Trout fishing is available for upto 3 rods
We encourage couples, families as well as anglers to come and enjoy the stunning Northumberland setting at Tiptoe Farm.
The River Till is a SSSI (Special Site of Scientific interest), and the woodland is semi Ancient with lots of wildlife to see and beautiful walks nearby - Ancient Duddo Stones, historic Etal castle and thatched pub, and the ruins of Twizel Castle within a few miles.
Book your stay in the Orchard Cottage or Border View Cottage. The Orchard Cottage sits in an exquisite orchard garden surrounded by apple & plum trees, with spectacular panoramic views of the River Till, The Cheviot & Eildon hills. Border View Cottage is situated in a row of charming farm cottages with stunning views across the English border into Scotland.
Both cottages are dog friendly and we encourage you to bring them.

We came for 3 nights but could have been there for 30 and wouldn’t have seen or done everything there is to do within the area, a wonderful base to explore the Northumberland coast and the south east of Scotland).
